The matt floor lacquers still have about 10-15% sheen levels and that can be seen. This is the main reason why the new Chimiver ECOWOOD 2K Invisible Floor Lacquer was created. This product fully seals the wood, it sinks into it and it creates such a low sheen finish that most people think that the wood was never sealed. A product that looks just like the classic floor oils but provides the advantages of a top quality floor lacquer.   Where To Use It   Use the new Chimiver ECOWOOD 2K Invisible Floor Lacquer on any type of real wood surface that was sanded, is dry and clean. A primer is mostly not required while using this quality finish if the user is looking for a pure natural finish. It can be used to seal and protect all kinds of prestigious and antique hardwood floors, furniture, frames, doors and pretty much all kinds of woodwork. The product is 100% non yellowing, fume free and it dries in a matter of minutes. To be applied in a minimum two coats system with a quality lacquering roller. Suitable for indoor use only.   How To Use It   Simplicity at its best. Just make sure that the surface is well prepared before applying the product to the wood. Remember, this product is not really visible so whatever imperfections are visible on the wood surface before lacquering will still be there after it gets lacquered.    Finish the wood with 100 grit sanding paper and make sure that all the corners are sanded and the surface is spotless. The fine dust that hides under the skirting or inside the gaps can really mess up the finish so clean & hoover well. Mix up the floor lacquer with the hardener before using it. Bear in mind that this product is likely to cover about 10 sq meters per 1L for the first coat and about 12 sq meters per 1L for the second coat. If you have a room of 20 sq meters let`s say, you will need about 2L for the first coat and about 1.5L for the second coat. So mix up about 3.5L of lacquer to cover the first & second coat. The mixture should be 1 to 10. Stain the floor if it has to be stained and make sure that the surface is dry, smooth and all your tools are ready. You will need 1 varnishing brush, 1 varnishing roller, one roller holder, 1 handle and one tray.  Using the small varnishing brush, apply the lacquer all over the narrow corners and areas where the roller cannot fit. Apply enough lacquer to cover nicely but without soaking the floor. Use the large varnishing roller to apply the new Chimiver ECOWOOD 2K Invisible Floor Lacquer on the large open spaces. Movie along with the fibre of the wood. Allow it to dry for about 2 hours. Touch the surface with your hands and if it feels dry, walk on it. Using a fine grit sanding pad (150-200 grit) touch up all the corners and areas that feel rough. Vacuum well and apply the second coat. A third coat is possible but not needed.    Our Recommendations   Do not apply the lacquer unless you are 100% sure that the surface is ready for it. This product has no sheen so make sure that you are looking for an invisible lacquer before ordering the incredible Chimiver ECOWOOD 2K Invisible Floor Lacquer. Do not mix up other lacquers with this product and do not add additives to it to prevent damage and the product not drying. The coverage area is estimated only, it can be much higher or much lower. Do not use the lacquer without mixing it with the hardener. It will not dry.
