Works great for monitoring my kombucha. I had never used one of these before and unfortunately this didn’t have instructions on what to expect (maybe add a little paper in the bag with the strip or a label on the bag?). If there are two colors that show up you tske the average of the two numbers as the accurate reading. Also, give this a chance to work. I contacted the seller since I was seeing nothing on the strip….it stayed white for hours. The seller Brew Box Kits got back to me VERY quickly, probably within minutes of sending them a message, and he explained how the strip worked snd even attached a photo of how it should look for reference. Very helpful in troubleshooting. I left it overnight and voila, in morning, it was bright and visible! So maybe don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t read right away.
