Gresten 727TK T-Type Chef’s Knife, 10.6 inches (27 cm)

This knife is my everyday stainless steel knife, I use almost every day in the kitchen. I am a chef and I use a variety of knives for different reasons and this Knife performs just as good as my $400 to $500 knives. When I have product that I need to use a stainless steel knife for this is my go to. The blade is a signal bevil so if your left handed you need to get one that is made for left handed Chefs. I did a lot of research before buying this knife and I’ve had it for four months now it is such a workhorse. I highly recommend this Knife however it is a high purchase for young aspiring chefs, however you will not be disappointed.
