I’m an industry chef. I chopped 100lbs of onions and half a case of tomatoes and other odd prep tasks to set up my station on a hot line. This knife slaps. It’s bussin. Screaming sharp. Still the same exact edge after all my prep. 10/10. Fast ship! Extra 11/10 review because it got to my house right before I left for a 12 hour shift! It put a smile on my face. Withstood standard slicing/chopping on your standard industry hard plastic serve safe colored cutting boards. Haven’t felt the need to hone it at all in a days work, which with my german steel knives I have to do a few times throughout the day even when they are razor sharp.Cuts laser sharp straight pieces of everything. I sliced a bunch of tomatos for sandwiches and burgers (maybe a full third pan or 10-15lbs) and my station looked on point. My red onions the same. Nice even slices, way cleaner product than my german knives.
