When getting rid of all my grass and agreeing not to install sprinklers, I got a sizeable rebate from the water authority here in CA. Then I had to hand water whatever needed watering. I noticed a lot of runoff from my plants when watering, which was not only wasting water, but also keeping the plants from looking their best, as not much was directed down to the roots. So I would water each a little, then go to the next while that was soaking into the dirt, then come back around and do it all again. These little WaterRounds are a game changer.
